Place the floss between your teeth and gently glide it up and down, making sure you get both sides of each tooth. -Start with about 18 inches of floss. Starting at the upper right part of your mouth, hold the floss in a “C” shape around each tooth. unwaxed floss - thinner (helpful with tight contacts) but not recommended for ppl with rough edges in interproximal spaces - floss tends to squeak as it is being used (motivating factor)3Gently insert the floss in between the teeth.
